Job Description
Paid internship within the HR-OD Department, focusing on Learning & Development with exposure to other OD functions in a leading FMCG organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the L&D team in coordinating training programs
- Maintain training records and documentation
- Support other OD activities as required
- Assist with data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial engineering, or related field
- Excellent command of the English language
