Job Description
Lead, coach and develop the sales team across Gulf countries to maximize short and long-term sales performance while managing the supply/demand successfully to ensure flawless patient/customer experience. This role places the patient at the center of all efforts and operates within AbbVie's business code of conduct.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or surpass sales performance and Brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead financial and demand planning cycles to guarantee uninterrupted supply
- Drive team success by effectively leading, developing, and coaching the in-field team
- Lead the strategic oversight and consolidation of account plan results
- Build and maintain cross-functional collaboration between stakeholders
Qualifications
- Medical bachelor's degree or equivalent (Pharmacy, Medicine, or Veterinary)
- Significant experience in Gulf markets is highly recommended
- High level of mobility required (travel 70% of the time)
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager in biotech/pharma industry
- Successful leadership experience in Marketing or other commercial fields within Oncology/Hematology
- English language proficiency
