Technical Sourcing Engineer
Job Description
Analyze technical requirements for industrial plant spare parts, including valves, pumps, heat exchangers, and compressors. Manage RFQs, conduct vendor research, and negotiate terms for purchases.
Responsibilities
- Expertly assess technical requirements for industrial plant spare parts
- Prepare and review purchase requisitions
- Conduct thorough research to identify and evaluate potential vendors
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and equipment suppliers
- Negotiate prices and delivery terms with vendors
- Efficiently manage a high volume of RFQs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/BA 'Electrical' is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in material buying for a power plant, petrochemical plant, or industrial plant
- Excellent English communication skills
