Real Estate Sales Agent
Job Description
We’re expanding our Off-Plan Sales Team in Dubai and are looking for ambitious, deal-driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. If you understand Dubai’s primary real estate market, enjoy building strong client relationships, and love closing value-driven deals, this role gives you the platform to grow your career while working with top-tier developers and premium projects.
Responsibilities
- Represent and sell off-plan projects from leading Dubai developers
- Stay ahead of the market with strong knowledge of new launches and pricing trends
- Own the end-to-end sales journey from lead engagement to closure
- Build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate closely with developers and internal teams
- Attend project launches and developer trainings
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience in Dubai
- Preferred: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai
