Job Description
This is a core management position that will support the company's transition from 'headquarters establishment' to 'regional implementation and expansion.' The company is currently in a regional development phase. This position is focused on laying the groundwork for the 'regional track' before regional operations are fully launched.
Responsibilities
- Establish a regional operation management framework
- Translate company strategy into regionally executable plans
- Design regional organizational structure and job boundaries
- Participate in the design of core systems implementation in the region
- Establish regional operational review and debriefing mechanisms
Qualifications
- Over 20 years of regional operations or comprehensive management experience
- At least one complete experience from 'regional preparation' to 'stable operation'
