Job Description
Steer the company's financial operations while collaborating with leadership to enhance performance. Oversee accounting operations, monthly close processes, and own financial systems and controls in a high-growth AI environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, payroll, expenses)
- Lead the monthly and quarterly close process
- Own financial systems and controls
- Manage compliance, audits, and tax filings
- Partner with the CFO on budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with business leaders on operational metrics
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, ideally with startup exposure
