Job Description
As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a Finance Manager for our client. The role focuses on Strategic Financial Planning, Financial Analysis & Reporting, and Cash Management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance analyses
- Manage and optimize cash flow and liquidity planning
- Manage hedge positions in coordination with Group Treasury
- Conduct financial evaluations of new business opportunities
- Support SAP and reporting system improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in finance roles
- Strong experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
- IFRS reporting knowledge
- Statutory (TCC) reporting knowledge
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
