Job Description

Supervise and support the daily operations of the Front Desk, Concierge, and Bell Desk teams at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and prompt service. Handle complaints and feedback while coordinating with Housekeeping and Reservations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of Front Desk and Concierge.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback efficiently.
  • Coordinate room assignments and check-ins/outs.
  • Monitor cash handling and auditing procedures.
  • Train and coach team members.
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing levels.
  • Promote hotel services to increase revenue.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Previous experience as a Front Office Agent or Supervisor in a hotel.
  • Proficient in PMS systems (e.g., Opera).
