Job Description
Supervise and support the daily operations of the Front Desk, Concierge, and Bell Desk teams at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and prompt service. Handle complaints and feedback while coordinating with Housekeeping and Reservations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of Front Desk and Concierge.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback efficiently.
- Coordinate room assignments and check-ins/outs.
- Monitor cash handling and auditing procedures.
- Train and coach team members.
- Assist with scheduling and staffing levels.
- Promote hotel services to increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Previous experience as a Front Office Agent or Supervisor in a hotel.
- Proficient in PMS systems (e.g., Opera).
