Job Description
AUIB is seeking an Athletics Development Officer to lead the planning, delivery, and growth of student-athlete programs for both male and female athletes.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver sports programs and team activities
- Design training schedules and competitions
- Coordinate team logistics and fixtures
- Support student-athlete welfare and performance
- Track attendance and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in sports, physical education, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years in sports management, coaching, or related field
- Proficiency in English
- Strong IT skills
