Procurement Cost and Commercial Director
Job Description
Reporting to the Programme Director, the Procurement, Cost and Commercial Director is responsible for the management of the procurement, cost and commercial activities of the PMC for a major built environment programme in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Manage evaluation process for all tendered projects
- Direct procurement, cost, and commercial activities
- Implement cost estimating and commercial strategy
- Lead team of cost controllers, estimators, and QS
- Establish and maintain program cost benchmarking
- Produce monthly and weekly commercial reports
Qualifications
- BSc Quantity Surveying or Masters Degree
- Minimum 20 years overall experience
- Minimum 10 years in a similar role
- MRICS or FRICS (preferred)
