Job Description
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving monthly sales targets through effective planning, daily execution, team supervision, and accurate reporting. This frontline role involves translating sales objectives into daily action plans and monitoring results while coaching the field team.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets (qualitative and quantitative)
- Agree on sales prices, contracts, and payment terms within guidelines
- Promote new products and special deals to customers
- Monitor daily target achievement for each team member
- Address customer objections to support sales closure
- Open daily sales meetings to review results and KPIs
- Communicate daily sales targets and action plans
- Coach the team and resolve daily operational challenges
- Ensure uniform cleanliness and professional presentation
- Complete required sales and operational reports accurately
- Recruit capable sales team members as required
- Apply Root Cause Analysis to resolve issues
- Handle team grievances and apply discipline according to HR policy
- Manage sales team leave cycles
