Job Description
Bridge data and design by owning behavioural analytics and UX insights. This role lives in Mixpanel and session tools (Hotjar/Clarity), turning user and merchant behaviour into concrete UX hypotheses, A/B tests, and prioritised recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Own the configuration and usage of Mixpanel
- Own session analytics tools like Hotjar and Clarity
- Identify UX and product friction points and opportunities
- Turn findings into clear UX hypotheses and problem statements
- Partner with UI & UX Manager to design and run A/B tests
- Produce regular UX & Behaviour Insights reports
Qualifications
- 6-10+ years in Product Analytics, UX Research, or Growth roles.
- Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Hotjar / Clarity, GA4/Firebase.
- Strong analytical skills; SQL and comfort with querying data warehouses.
