Outlet Manager for In-Room Dining (IRD) and All-Day Dining
Job Description
Oversee daily operations, inventory, and mentoring team members for IRD and All-Day Dining. Deliver ultimate food and beverage experience to guests.
Responsibilities
- Select, train, and lead outlet employees
- Control labor cost and operating expenses
- Supervise venue service procedures
- Design effective food and beverage menus
- Oversee the IRD amenity program
- Conduct daily briefings and departmental meetings
Qualifications
- High school / Diploma degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurants management
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English
- Must hold Jordanian ID
