SASMO Helpdesk Analyst/Instructor
Job Description
Located in Kuwait, the SASMO Analyst provides technical support and training for LIS systems. This includes diagnosing software, hardware, and communication interface issues. The role also involves maintaining secure encrypted wireless intranet networks and coordinating with Tobyhanna FRA for hardware repairs.
Responsibilities
- Provide field level maintenance support to customers
- Maintain secure encrypted wireless intranet network
- Administrate, install and repair LIS software
- Coordinate with Tobyhanna FRA for hardware replacement
- Instruct Military and Civilian personnel in GCSS Army
- Maintain WAN/LAN data communications
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- A+ or Network+ certification required within six months of hire
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license
