Job Description

Lead and scale the global customer experience function for a partner company. This role oversees the end-to-end customer journey, building and mentoring a high-performing team while collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical partners to optimize processes and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer success function and establish scalable strategies and KPIs
  • Mentor and guide a team across support, aftersales, and service coordination
  • Oversee post-sales operations including onboarding and technical coordination
  • Enable sales processes through effective channel communication
  • Optimize shipping, returns, and logistics communications
  • Implement process improvements and automation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing operations or customer success
  • At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong background in e-commerce operations
  • Proficiency in Shopify and QuickBooks preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
