Job Description
Join us as an Operations Specialist and become a key member of Glovo's local operations team in Casablanca. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and onboarding the entire fleet of Glovers (couriers).
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train and onboard the entire fleet of Glovers
- Implement processes and optimize acquisition and retention strategies
- Manage all documentation and contracts of Glovers in the city
- Oversee procurement of work kits for Glovers
- Analyze KPIs and communicate with local Operations Manager
Qualifications
- 2 years previous experience in on-demand fleet management
- University degree
- Fluent in English and Local Language
