Job Description
Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing corporate sales opportunities within the real estate sector. Focuses on working with corporate clients and institutional investors, supporting revenue growth through effective engagement and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach corporate clients and institutional investors
- Promote and sell real estate products (commercial and residential)
- Conduct client meetings and property site visits
- Support negotiations and assist in closing deals
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance teams
- Maintain up-to-date client records and pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or corporate sales
- Experience dealing with corporate clients or institutional investors is preferred
