Responsibilities
- Demonstrated leadership in steering a team of channel and account managers
- Managing Modern Trade Channel KPIs, Grids, visibility, in-store activations and budget
- Managing stocks on ground vs forecasted IMS numbers
- Managing Sales/MD Team KPIs in terms of coverage, frequency and call rate
- Tracking MT visibility elements (displays, shelves, MSL achievement)
- Managing Trade Marketing budgets by Channel, spend vs plan and budget reconciliations
- Launch NPD/EPD with strategies to ease it for the sales team
Qualifications
- Professional Marketing / Sales Degree / Diploma
- 7-10 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG
- 3-5 years of experience in Modern trade Marketing Dept
- Fluency in English is essential
