Operational Excellence Specialist
Job Description

This role supports the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives
- Assist in monitoring operational KPIs and performance metrics to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Participate in process mapping, documentation, and analysis to standardize and optimize workflows across departments
- Support continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
- Collect and analyze operational data to support fact-based decision making and performance improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of operational issues and support corrective actions
- Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
- Track improvement initiatives, action plans, and benefits realization to ensure timely execution
- Support change management activities by coordinating communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Prepare operational performance reports and presentations for management and relevant committees
- Contribute to internal audits, assessments, and readiness reviews to ensure process compliance and effectiveness
- Support knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across the organization
- Stay updated on operational excellence trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, operations, or a related role
