Job Description
Community Health Workers to strengthen community-based health promotion, early identification of health concerns, and referral to health services in Eastern Libya.
Responsibilities
- Conduct community outreach and health education
- Support early identification of health and MHPSS needs
- Facilitate referrals to primary healthcare
- Maintain accurate activity records
- Coordinate with community leaders and medical teams
Qualifications
- Background in health (public health, medical doctor, nurse, paramedic)
- Resident or native of the target community
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Basic Arabic and English skills
