Job Description
Responsible for providing administrative assistance for the CEO office & other employees, managing office operations, handling customer service, and supporting accounting tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Managing files and handling correspondence
- Booking flights and hotels
- Assisting with bookkeeping and billing
- Greeting visitors and coordinating office activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, English language or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent English language skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
