Senior Marketing Specialist
Job Description
The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing initiatives that support brand positioning and revenue growth. The role requires a strong balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital and offline channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Leasing, Operations)
- Oversee content creation for marketing materials
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze KPIs
- Assist in budget planning and tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in marketing roles
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
