Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Key accounts Manager to manage end-to-end onboarding and ongoing account operations for outsourced employees under Employer of Record (EOR) and staffing solutions. This is a client-facing, operational role requiring strong coordination and hands-on experience in EOR operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle for EOR and staffing employees
- Coordinate the collection, verification, and compliance of employee documentation
- Support visa and immigration processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned EOR and staffing clients
- Address employee queries related to contracts, payroll, and benefits
- Ensure EOR employment practices comply with local labor laws
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate salary processing
- Prepare onboarding status reports
Qualifications
- HR operations experience: 2 years (Required)
- Language: Arabic (Required)
- At least one year of experience in end-to-end staff onboarding
- Hands-on experience in EOR operations
