Localizations Manager

About Us: Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. About The Role: We are expanding our Marketing Department and looking for a meticulous, results-driven Localizations Manager to lead localization operations across all Ruby Labs brands. This full-time role will manage the end-to-end localization process across 30+ languages, ensuring that all translated assets sound 100% native, maintain product and brand integrity, and directly contribute to measurable performance improvements across marketing funnels and in-product experiences. You will own a localization workflow powered by Lokalise, AI tools, and cross-functional collaboration with brand managers, product managers, and developers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all translations of websites, email campaigns, ad creatives, funnels, and marketing assets across 30+ languages using Lokalise + AI tools
- Ensure all localized content reads naturally, culturally fits the target market
- Leverage Lokalise, AI models, and internal guidelines to achieve high-quality outputs
- Evaluate the impact of localized content on conversion rates, user engagement, and product experience
- Own timelines and deliverables across multiple brands and languages
- Ensure translations are visually compatible with web layouts
- Work cross-functionally with brand managers, designers, copywriters, and developers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in localization or translation of marketing and product content at scale
- Hands-on experience with Lokalise (must-have)
- Strong experience using AI-powered translation tools (ChatGPT, DeepL, Manus AI, or similar)
- Proven project management skills across multiple languages and stakeholders
- Strong marketing and cultural adaptation insight
- Strong awareness of UI/UX considerations for multilingual products
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience with GitHub or working with product teams that use Git-based workflows
