Mandarin Oriental Muscat is looking for a Cook to join our culinary team. Prepare food to high standards in a beachfront urban resort.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie in daily duties
- Wash and peel ingredients for production
- Prepare mise en place to highest quality
- Follow plating guides and dish descriptions
- Check daily inventory of ingredients
- Label and store ingredients properly
- Maintain clean and sanitized work areas
- Adhere to food safety standards
