Laboratory Technician
Job Description
The Laboratory Technician conducts daily in-process quality control checks as well as physico-chemical analysis and micro determinations of incoming raw materials, finished products and plant environment. This role has either an emphasis on a continuous evaluation of the process, goods and the close follow up of the environmental monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Carry out in-process and finished goods sampling for analysis
- Carry out inspection on packaging and raw materials
- Assist in sample preparation of daily sensory evaluation
- Update product status in the warehouse with appropriate stickers
- Assist in preparing CoC/CoA
- Nonconformity management
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory analytical instruments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in advanced analytical techniques
