Senior Resident Engineer
Job Description
Responsible for overall site-based construction supervision, ensuring works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Focusing on 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the site supervision team across all disciplines
- Act as the Engineer's representative on site
- Coordinate with Contractor, PMC, and Client
- Monitor progress and identify delays
- Review method statements and shop drawings
- Chair site meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8–10 years in construction supervision of luxury hospitality projects
- Experience coordinating architectural, MEP, and interiors
- Experience managing authority inspections and hotel handovers
