Job Description
Tiffany & Co. is opening a new store at Istanbul Airport and seeks a Store Manager to execute retail excellence, lead team planning, and elevate client experience for the luxury brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual sales plans
- Lead execution of retail excellence standards
- Identify merchandising needs to drive growth
- Recruit and develop talent pipeline
- Identify and activate new client sources
- Coach team cultivation practices with CRM
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of sales management experience in luxury retail
- Proven track record in people management and customer development
- Flexibility to work in various roles and non-traditional hours
- Superior communication skills in Turkish and English
- Authorization to work in Turkey
