Assessment & Coaching Subject Matter Expert
Job Description
The TAC SME role is to serve as a trusted expert for building a robust assessment and coaching portfolio at Aramco. This includes aspects of talent and leadership assessment design and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust behavior-based competency models.
- Administer and interpret psychological and leadership assessment tools.
- Deliver leadership coaching and feedback to mid-level leaders.
- Utilize talent data analytics for actionable insights.
- Consult on succession planning and leadership development strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology or related Social Sciences.
- Minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in psychological assessments in workplace settings.
- Experience in developing behavioral competency frameworks.
- Foundational coaching credential preferred.
