Job Description

The TAC SME role is to serve as a trusted expert for building a robust assessment and coaching portfolio at Aramco. This includes aspects of talent and leadership assessment design and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust behavior-based competency models.
  • Administer and interpret psychological and leadership assessment tools.
  • Deliver leadership coaching and feedback to mid-level leaders.
  • Utilize talent data analytics for actionable insights.
  • Consult on succession planning and leadership development strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology or related Social Sciences.
  • Minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in psychological assessments in workplace settings.
  • Experience in developing behavioral competency frameworks.
  • Foundational coaching credential preferred.
