Job Description
The Director of Digital Innovation and AI leads experimental projects and strategic initiatives that explore new applications of emerging technologies, especially artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data visualization. This role identifies future-oriented opportunities that enhance both internal workflows and public offerings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative digital strategies and AI-powered experiences
- Conduct research on emerging technologies
- Develop, manage, and monitor budgets for Digital Innovation & AI
- Establish protocols and best practices for digital integration within exhibitions
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative digital projects
- Oversee the monitoring and analysis of visitor engagement data
- Build partnerships with tech firms, universities, and cultural institutions
- Lead cross-functional project teams including curators, educators, and developers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in digital innovation or related technology integration roles
- Strong expertise in AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, NLP, HCI)
- Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree in digital Innovation, AI, or related field strongly preferred
- Advanced project management skills with proficiency in Agile methodologies
