Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to lead the financial management function. This role oversees all aspects of accounting, reporting, and financial analysis, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability across operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations (AP, AR, Payroll)
- Lead financial close processes
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Develop and maintain financial controls
- Lead budgeting and strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- 3–5 years in a Controller or senior finance role
- Deep understanding of US GAAP and IFRS
