Rider Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
CIAO Delivery is looking for a Rider Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end rider recruitment and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential rider candidates daily
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle (interviews, offers, onboarding)
- Collect and verify candidate documents for visa processing
- Maintain recruitment tracker for pipeline and attrition
- Coordinate with Operations teams for rider allocation
- Explain job roles and compliance requirements to candidates
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of UAE recruitment channels and sourcing networks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
