Job Description
Supports daily HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes including maintaining employee records and assisting in recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update personnel files
- Prepare employment contracts and HR documents
- Assist in CV screening and interview scheduling
- Coordinate visa and labor procedures
- Track attendance and leave balances
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience (UAE preferred)
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law
