Business Development Manager
Job Description
The Business Development Manager will establish and scale VIPKid’s presence in Saudi Arabia by driving B2B and B2G revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding institutional adoption of VIPKid’s online English program and custom education solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new institutional clients
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to revenue collection
- Design and pitch tailored English programs and custom curriculum offerings
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and partnership frameworks
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand VIPKid’s footprint
- Represent VIPKid at education exhibitions and conferences
- Maintain and manage a robust CRM pipeline
- Conduct ongoing market research on English education trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 4–6 years of business development experience in Saudi Arabia
- Proven B2B and/or B2G sales experience (education sector preferred)
- Experience in education, EdTech, training, or language learning is strongly preferred
