Job Description
Responsible for overseeing Club Rooms, lounge, and Community operations at Sheraton Grand Hotel. This role ensures an elevated brand experience through programming, community table management, and local business partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Club Rooms, lounge, and Community operations
- Activate Sheraton public space programming (Community Table, Studios)
- Facilitate connectivity between guests and local community
- Manage partnerships with local businesses
- Recommends budget and manage margins
- Implement Sheraton Club program as per Brand Standards
- Perform In-Room personalized check-in for Suite Guests
- Ensure compliance with CID reporting and passport scanning
- Set departmental development plans and conduct training
- Manage guest defects and response times in GXP
