Job Description
Property management firm hiring young, energetic and proactive Business Development Executive to build buildings management portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach landlords, property owners, and developers
- Secure new buildings and apartment portfolios for management
- Pitch management services including leasing and maintenance
- Conduct market research to track new projects
- Prepare proposals and service agreements
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate / property management / business development in UAE
- Strong network of landlords, brokers, and property owners
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
