Software Testing Engineer
Job Description
Responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software products. Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to create effective testing strategies. Design and implement detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements. Execute functional, regression, and performance testing. Identify, document, and track software defects. Develop automated test scripts and frameworks. Participate in code reviews.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Software Testing Engineer, preferably in IT services
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus
