Director of Banquets
Job Description
Accountable for the overall success of the Banquets Department. Leading the team to accomplish daily goals. Ensures the highest level of service by training and developing staff and executing event requirements. Monitors and controls financial responsibilities to meet department goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall banquet operations and supply needs
- Lead and train the banquet team
- Ensure accurate customer billing and event coordination
- Achieve budgeted financial goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in event management, F&B, or sales
- OR 2-year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management; 2 years experience
