GreenTomatoMedia is seeking a Growth Operations Specialist to build unconventional operational systems for YouTube and Search visibility. This role focuses on account infrastructure, engagement mechanics, and scaling systems that work around platform limitations.

Responsibilities

Research and test fast visibility strategies
Find gaps in platform detection, signals, and thresholds
Design experiments challenging assumptions of what is possible
Track and measure experiments with intellectual honesty
Build and scale account infrastructure systems under the radar
Solve operational friction related to behavioral patterns
Develop systematic SOPs for engagement and CTR optimization

Qualifications

Experience in SEO, YouTube growth, or affiliate marketing
Understanding of platform algorithms beyond official guidelines
Fluency in English (French is a plus)
