Job Description
Job Purpose: Own the engineering and technical delivery of WFM platforms and integrations supporting the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle. Architect, build, and maintain production-grade services, automations, and data pipelines that reduce cycle time, improve candidate signal quality, harden reliability/security, and provide real-time operational visibility for WFM stakeholders—strictly within the WFM scope.
Responsibilities
- Automate repetitive WFM tasks (validation, dedupe, interview panel assignment, calendar sync, approvals)
- Maintain Data Pipelines & Dashboards
- Ensure data reconciliation and reporting
- Design and execute enhancements to improve the overall sourcing quality
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 8–12 years in software engineering
- 4+ years building HR/WFM platforms or similar workflow/intake systems
- Deep knowledge of WFM/HR technology stacks and sourcing lifecycle mechanics
