Job Description
Ensures efficient running of the Stewarding department, contributing to the success of restaurants and events in accordance with hotel standards. The role involves cleaning F&B equipment, facilities, and utensils, maintaining HACCP standards, and ensuring all cleaning machinery is in proper working order.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning of F&B equipment, facilities, and utensils
- Return cleaned items to the respective area and ensure proper storage
- Ensure cleanliness of all washing up and cleaning machinery
- Report machinery faults to the supervisor
- Use cleaning materials and chemicals in a proper and economical manner
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
- Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly
- Maintain positive guest relations
