CR Senior Coffee Category Manager
Job Description
Shell is targeting to diversify its business and has an ambition to grow in non-fuel categories. deli2go coffee is a crucial customer offer for Shell Selects. On the go Coffee is a very detailed business that requires close operational follow-up, strong communication with field team, contracting and procurement team, marketing team and suppliers, hands on operational focus, fast customer & dealer response for problems in the sites.
Responsibilities
- Contributing and executing end to end coffee growth strategy
- Generating annual coffee business agenda
- Support CR Category Team Lead, CR Operations & Format & Supply Chain teams
- Act as a problem solver to field teams for machinery/operational issues
- Improve operational excellence in Select network
- Managing stocks for beans, cups, perishables, and flavors
- Managing 3rd party logistics and warehouse operations
- Ensuring compliant contract management and invoicing
- Planning and contributing to annual Capex & Opex budget
- Preparing and managing machinery park of coffee & ice machines
Qualifications
- Experience in retail operations
- Understanding customer journey for retail operations
- Able to communicate with field operations & suppliers with fast response
- Relationship management experience with dealers & field teams
- Interest in Coffee machines & equipment (Schaerer, WMF, Franke)
- Contract management experience
- Multi-tasking ability
- Fast learner & adaptation skills
- Fluency in English
- MS Office skills
