Senior Salesforce Consultant – Team Leader (CRM Platform Expert)
Job Description
This is a technical and strategic role focused on Salesforce where you’ll implement, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients. As a Team Leader, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients while also leading and mentoring a team of consultants.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor to clients
- Lead and manage complex Salesforce implementations and integrations
- Provide senior-level guidance to technical teams and oversee solution architecture
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and designers
- Ensure delivery of robust, scalable, and high-quality solutions
- Support development of junior consultants through mentorship
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Fluency in both French and English is mandatory
- Extensive professional experience in Salesforce consultancy and project management
- Salesforce certifications required (Administrator, App Builder, etc.)
