Job Description
We're seeking an exceptional VP of Finance to join our executive leadership team and report directly to the CEO. This is a pivotal role that will establish and lead all financial functions during one of the most critical growth phases in Jisr's history.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategy
- Lead annual and quarterly planning processes
- Build multi-year financial models
- Partner with CEO on strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities
- Provide board-level financial reporting
- Own all accounting operations
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with Saudi GAAP
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and banking relationships
- Oversee billing operations for 4,500+ customers
- Build and lead the FP&A function
- Manage deployment of $30M Series A capital
- Implement and optimize financial systems and infrastructure
Qualifications
- 10-15+ years in progressive finance leadership roles, with at least 5+ years leading finance teams
- Proven experience scaling finance functions at high-growth SaaS or technology companies
- Deep expertise in FP&A, accounting operations, and SaaS financial metrics
- CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification required
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
