Media & DDX Manager (Media & Data-Driven Experience)
Job Description
As the Media & DDX Manager, you will be the primary point of reference for all media and data-driven experience topics for L'Oréal Egypt. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee complex media governance and financial controls while pioneering our 1P data agenda. You will bridge the gap between media activation, technical infrastructure, and financial compliance to ensure L'Oréal remains at the forefront of the beauty-tech industry.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead point of contact for media topics in Egypt
- Maintain critical trackers, including the Golden Rules Index and competitive reports
- Lead weekly and monthly reviews with agency partners
- Develop and implement efficient strategies to collect 1st Party (1P) data
- Manage relationships with CRM partners and multiple tech providers
- Act as the primary administrator for access management across all media and data tools
- Take sole responsibility across all divisions for managing the media financial process
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Data/CRM roles
