Further Education Recruitment Consultant
Job Description
We are hiring an elite Further Education recruitment consultant with a strong UK FE or CE billing track record. This role is not entry-level and not for generalist recruiters. You will run a high-value UK FE desk placing FE Lecturers, Curriculum Leads, SEND Specialists, and SLT roles.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a revenue-driven FE desk
- Win new FE college business
- Deliver full 360 recruitment
- Manage large temp books and high-fee permanent placements
- Negotiate rates, fees, and contracts
- Drive weekly, monthly, and annual billings
Qualifications
- Proven UK Further Education recruitment experience ONLY
- Minimum 2+ years FE recruitment with consistent high billings
