Key Account Manager
Job Description
To manage strategic customer accounts and develop strong, long-term relationships that maximize revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, and support sustainable business growth. The Key Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients, driving sales through tailored account strategies and close collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key customers.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all accounts.
- Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and contract compliance.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with company objectives.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights.
- Collaborate with Application, Design, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to meet customer requirements.
- Support the full order-to-cash cycle, including follow-up on deliveries, payments, and service issues.
- Represent the company in customer meetings, presentations, and site visits.
