Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the organisation's financial strategy
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards

- Oversee cash flow management and optimize financial performance
- Manage relationships with external auditors and banks
Qualifications
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Real estate experience is a MUST
- Experience working in UAE
