Compliance Manager
Job Description
To establish and maintain a strong compliance framework, monitor and address compliance issues, conduct investigations, and stay updated on regulatory changes to promote integrity and ethical behavior within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual business plans for the compliance department
- Report progress on activities to the GRC Director
- Build and lead a motivated and competent team
- Serve as a role model for vision and values
- Prepare and recommend the compliance department’s budget
- Manage the development and implementation of department policies
- Implement a framework for maintaining compliance programs
- Monitor organizational compliance with regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Law, or any related discipline
- 6- 8 years of Experience in any related field out of which 2 years at a Senior/Mid Management level
