Job Description

LabCorp is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative. This position will work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between LabCorp and the customer base
  • Resolve routine customer requests via inbound/outbound calls
  • Speak with customers in a professional manner
  • Provide additional customer education and information
  • Notify clients of test results in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
