Customer Service Support Representative - 1st Shift
Job Description
LabCorp is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative. This position will work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between LabCorp and the customer base
- Resolve routine customer requests via inbound/outbound calls
- Speak with customers in a professional manner
- Provide additional customer education and information
- Notify clients of test results in a timely manner
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer service role
